I have had a laptop cooler for over a year now and I didn’t have any major problems with it. It works via USB so the power it gets is kind of limited.

Lately, though, the laptop started overheating quite often (yes, it was because of videogames) and I was getting more and more frustrated by it, so I decided to do something about it.

After some thought, I understood that getting a new/better cooler wasn’t really going to work and I didn’t actually want to do that. So, in as few words as possible, I turned it upside down, unscrewed the fan and decided to point it at the general area that was overheating. I then proceeded to finding some wire and managed to “lock” it into place without disturbing the fan’s movement. Four days later, I am quite pleased with the result.

The next problem I want to solve is the high ping I have been getting on LoL lately. I wish I had a better router than this one from Pirelli (!)…
